Participants are responsible for making and paying for their own hotel/lodging arrangements. We have found that www.kayak.com usually offers comparable or even lower rates than we are able to negotiate.
We offer options for both individual and group registration. For questions about group registration or the registration process in general, Please email info@SpiderSafety.com
Payment is due by the payment deadline specified above. We accept payment by credit card, check (drawn on a US bank) or wire transfer.
All registrants will be billed and will receive payment instructions within 24-48 hours of registering.
Cancellation/No Show Policy
Cancellation notifications received in writing to SPIDER by the Regular Fee Payment deadline will be eligible for a full credit to a future workshop. Requests to move existing registrations to a session held at a later date will be considered cancellations. Registrants who cancel after the Regular Fee Payment deadline will receive a credit of the fee paid less a $100 cancellation penalty. Registrants who do not show up for the workshop without prior notification will forfeit the full registration fee.
Substitutions (sending a colleague in your place to the same training for which you are currently registered) are accepted up to and including the date of the workshop. Please provide a written request to SPIDER indicating the name of the original registrant and the name/contact information for the substitute attendee. Sharing of registrations is not permitted.
